Recently, our company welcomed professional customer representatives to our production factory for official on-site FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of customized milling and drilling machine equipment.
Different from video or picture remote checking, this on-site full-process acceptance is completed in our physical workshop. Customers personally inspected the whole production environment, mechanical structure, electrical system, assembly workmanship and safety configuration of the milling and drilling machines.
During the on-site FAT test, our technical team conducted real machine running tests, precision indexing detection, drilling and milling processing demonstration, equipment stability inspection and parameter calibration in accordance with international factory acceptance standards. Every functional indicator and precision parameter of the milling and drilling machines has reached customer technical requirements and industry standards.
On-site factory acceptance is the most intuitive proof of manufacturing strength. As a real physical manufacturer, we insist on 100% full inspection before shipment. All machines are assembled, tested and verified in our own workshop, effectively controlling product quality from the source, avoiding intermediate links and ensuring stable performance, high precision and long service life of each delivered milling and drilling machine.
