Our dual spindle CNC vertical lathe is customized for mass turning of shaft components. Adopting vertical structural layout, it solves the sagging deformation problem of slender shafts on horizontal lathes. Dual independent spindles support synchronous machining of two workpieces or front & back turning of a single shaft in one clamping cycle.
Built with high rigidity cast iron bed, the machine delivers stable heavy cutting and excellent long-term precision retention. It can complete outer circle, end face, chamfering, grooving and threading operations for all kinds of shaft parts.
